Bit depressed this morning - did my measurements (waist, hips and the dreaded scales…) still the same weight wise, but my others have gone back up again. :-S I think its because I’ve been a bad girl this week and not really done any working out (damn you period!!).

4 x 25 situps
4 x 15 abdominal leg raises (1 leg at a time)
2 x 15 pushups
2 x 20 squats
2 x 15 lunges
And stretch it all out :)
