Bit depressed this morning - did my measurements (waist, hips and the dreaded scales…) still the same weight wise, but my others have gone back up again. :-S I think its because I’ve been a bad girl this week and not really done any working out (damn you period!!).
I need to set some achievable goals I think….like dropping back under 90cm for my waist and under 105cm for my hips.
Do more workouts like last night and I hope that will happen!

I'm in my late 20's I'm Australian and I'm a geek :) a coffee addict and a shopaholic.
I love nearly all things sci-fi/paranormal, I love action movies, metal and rock music...change that - music in general except country & opera, I love my cats (my boys), my tattoos, my friends and my family.
I want to travel Europe more than anything and own my first home so that I can decorate how I want -- anyone say 'pipe dream'?!?!
