Bit depressed this morning - did my measurements (waist, hips and the dreaded scales…) still the same weight wise, but my others have gone back up again. :-S I think its because I’ve been a bad girl this week and not really done any working out (damn you period!!).

I need to set some achievable goals I think….like dropping back under 90cm for my waist and under 105cm for my hips.

Do more workouts like last night and I hope that will happen!
